Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We ask that all appointments be honored with clear communication and mutual respect. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance via email or text. Cancellations made within this time frame can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or no-shows will not receive a refund. If you arrive late, the consultation will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time, in order to respect the next client’s appointment. If late arrivals become a recurring issue, additional fees may apply. If I need to reschedule or can't make our scheduled time for some reason, of course I will endeavor to provide you with advanced notice, and support you fully to reschedule at no additional costs. We understand that life is unpredictable. In the event of a true emergency or circumstances beyond your control, we will do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion. However, please note that prior client commitments may require us to reschedule at a later date. Thank you for honoring our time—and your own healing journey.
